Michael J. Dailey

  Michael J. Dailey is the Executive Director of FITCI. Mr. Dailey is an entrepreneur and has started several small businesses including his most recent one; Frederick Wireless now Eduro Technologies. With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing in high-tech companies, Mr. Dailey has a broad range of experience from many companies.   His most recent position was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Eduro Technologies in Frederick, Maryland where, after selling his majority interest to Eduro, he was asked to direct all sales and Marketing activities of the company.
   Prior to Eduro, Mr. Dailey directed the marketing and development of various high-tech products for several companies involved in the sale of software and technology to fortune 1,000 companies. Mr. Dailey has direct experience with many different technologies including web based software applications, customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, interactive voice response systems, document imaging systems, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and Voice Over IP telephony (VOIP). Mr. Dailey has worked for some of the world’s leading technology companies including Oracle, NCR Corporation, Wells Fargo Bank and Microlog Corporation. 
   Mr. Dailey holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Lewis University in Lockport, Illinois and is an M.B.A. candidate at Mount St. Mary’s University in Frederick, MD. He is a member of the Frederick area Chamber of Commerce and the Technology Council of Maryland (TCM).  Mr. Dailey is also an active member of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) where he has chaired several committees.
