Lab Space

FITCI has multiple commercial wet labs available for Bio-Tech and Life Science companies desiring facilities in which they can  further their scientific product development efforts. The labs range from approximately 300 to 650 square feet and contain all of the essential elements required for scientific development activities.  The labs are equipped with  standard lab furnishing and come with a very comfortable working counter space necessary for a proper laboratory environment.

A common lab with an assortment of laboratory equipment including an autoclave, centrifuge, -30 degree Celsius freezer, ice flakers, fume vent hood, water de-ionization filter and  other equipment designed to improve lab performance and reduce the outside  expenses of lab clients is provided. As with the offices, telephone, telephone service, fax machines, high speed Internet, color printing, copying, conference  rooms, and receptionist services are all included with the lab space thereby  increasing our client's productivity and effectiveness.
